Our experienced teams are at the forefront of delivering bridges, tunnels, water treatment plants, and other civil works — safely, on time, and with integrity.

We are now looking for experienced FRP Site Supervisors and Site Managers to lead our site teams across a range of exciting projects.

About the Role

In these key leadership roles, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of FRP works on site. Whether as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager, you’ll play a central role in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects to a high standard — with a strong focus on safety, quality, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of FRP operations on site, from setup through to pour and closeout.

Lead and mentor site crews to ensure productive, safe, and efficient outcomes.

Coordinate with Project Engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.

Maintain a strong focus on WHS compliance and quality control at all stages.

Interpret plans, identify risks, and implement timely solutions.

Monitor daily progress and ensure works align with schedule and budget.

Provide regular updates, reports, and communication to senior management.

What You’ll Bring

At least 4 years of hands-on experience in civil construction, including FRP works.

Proven experience leading teams as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager.

Solid understanding of formwork systems, steel fixing, and concrete placement.

Strong knowledge of WHS requirements, safe work practices, and site compliance.

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.

Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills.

A proactive, team-first attitude with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
