This is an opportunity to join an established commercial builder with a strong reputation for delivering quality projects across regional Victoria and southern NSW.

You’ll start by helping close a live project in Mulwala, working alongside the site team for around six to eight weeks. After that, you’ll lead a $2m commercial project in Wodonga. There’s no waiting around between jobs – the next project is already locked in.

This role would suit someone who has been working as a Site Supervisor or similar and is looking to step into a bigger leadership role. You'll work closely with the Construction Manager and have genuine support while you grow your skillset.

The business has strong systems in place without the red tape you might find at larger builders. Its leadership team is approachable, communicates clearly, and gives its staff the room to do what they do best.

The role offers a salary of up to $125k plus super and a company vehicle and fuel card.

They have a steady pipeline of upcoming work in the region, meaning this isn’t just a short-term opportunity – it’s a chance to build your future locally.

Experience supervising or coordinating construction projects within Australia is essential. Due to the nature of the role you will need Australian Citizenship to gain access to the sites.
