About the Opportunity

Joss Facility Management is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our Fyshwick team. If you have a proven track record in managing construction projects and delivering exceptional results safely and efficiently, we’d love to hear from you!

Your Role
As Site Supervisor, you will:

Manage daily site operations, including safety supervision of subcontractors, ensuring high-quality and safe project delivery of projects up to the value of $10M.

Actively contribute to pre-contract and delivery planning, including construction methodologies and strategies.

Develop, establish, and maintain the master program in MS Project.

Identify and respond to project risks and opportunities.

Establish reporting mechanisms to monitor project KPIs and controls.

Review and update project programs regularly with subcontractors.

Assist with variations and claims.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in managing construction projects.

Strong focus on health and safety.

A proactive, detail-oriented leader who can motivate contractors to deliver exceptional results.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage priorities effectively.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
