Overview of the Role:

The Business Analyst will provide crucial operational support to the Business Manager and the broader NNC Australian team. This role encompasses team administration, office management, and financial accounting support. The ideal candidate will be adaptive to changing business needs and strive to enhance processes for improved efficiency and outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

Assist with office management including managing equipment, supplies, repairs & maintenance.

Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings for team members, as well as plan events.

Process accounts payable, including credit card reporting.

Maintain insurance schedules by lodging claims and keeping registers/policies updated.

Analyse current processes, recommend efficiencies, and support the implementation of improvements.

Provide support & assistance across the local team and with the global business.

Qualifications & Experience Required

High level computer proficiency

Tertiary qualifications preferred but not essential

Background in agriculture, agribusiness, or a general industry understanding is advantageous.

Practical experience or a willingness to learn accounts processing.
