About the Role

As an IT Business Analyst at HashTech, you will be a key player in delivering tailored technology solutions to our clients. Your role involves analyzing business needs, optimizing IT strategies, and ensuring seamless implementation of solutions that drive efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective IT solutions.

· Conduct feasibility studies, system analysis, and process optimization to enhance business operations.

· Work closely with development and technical teams to define solution designs and oversee implementation.

· Evaluate business processes and recommend technology improvements to streamline operations.

· Facilitate stakeholder communication, ensuring clear documentation and alignment on project objectives.

· Assist in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training to ensure successful deployment.

· Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights.

Qualifications

· 6+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of IT systems and business processes.

· Experience with business process modeling, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.

· Familiarity with cloud computing, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation projects.

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

· Proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred.
