About the role

Queen Clean Noosa Pty Ltd is seeking a talented and driven Manager Cleaning Business to lead our thriving cleaning services operation in Noosaville, QLD. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our cleaning business, from client relationships to team leadership and operational excellence. This is a pivotal position within our organisation, with the opportunity to make a significant impact on the ongoing success and growth of our company.

What you'll be doing

Oversee the day-to-day operations of our cleaning business, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery across our Holiday Rentals, Sales Cleans and Commercial Clients

Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing client base, identifying new business opportunities and securing additional work to fill the gaps to keeps staffs expected hours

Recruit, train, and manage a team of cleaning professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve operational processes, and enhance customer satisfaction

Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and internal policies

Prepare detailed schedules, weekly rosters, using google sheets, excel program.

We do not look after Bond Cleans or Residential Cleans. We purely clean where no one lives.

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the cleaning or facilities management industry

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent customer service orientation and proven track record of building long-lasting client relationships

Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and data analysis to drive informed business decisions

Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail

Understanding Safety with Chemicals, and strong focus training staff to achieve their safest performance

Xero Platform - Invoicing weekly and quoting

Be proficient with online applications used for Queen Cleans clients portals

Entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to grow and expand the business

Familiarity with industry regulations, quality standards, and best practices

This is a physical role, training staff, driving vans, checking cleans and monitoring multiple vehicles from maintenance, fuel to cleanliness. The vehicles represent our cleanliness.
