About the role

Keen Cleaning Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Sales Manager to join our team in our Brisbane office. This is a full-time position responsible for driving new business opportunities in the commercial and industrial cleaning sector. As our Business Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and contributing to the overall growth and success of our company.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential commercial and industrial clients

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to secure new contracts

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client organisations

Prepare detailed proposals and presentations to showcase our services and capabilities

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery for new clients

Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and new technologies/methods in commercial and industrial cleaning

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably in the commercial or industrial cleaning sector

Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with senior stakeholders

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Motivated self-starter with a proactive and persistent approach to sales

Relevant tertiary qualification in business, sales, or a related field is preferred
