ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Payroll Management:
Process end-to-end payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Australian tax and employment laws.
Maintain and update payroll records, including salary adjustments, superannuation, and leave entitlements.
Ensure timely payment of salaries, tax obligations (PAYG), and superannuation contributions.
Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations for management review.
Accounts & Finance Support:
Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely entry of transactions into accounting systems.
Assist in month-end and year-end financial reporting and reconciliations.
Prepare and submit BAS, GST, and other statutory financial requirements.
Support financial audits and liaise with external auditors when required.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing and accounting roles in Australia.
Proficiency in accounting and payroll software (e.g., Info Tech).
Strong understanding of Australian payroll regulations, taxation, and superannuation requirements.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and ability to work independently.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
