We’re seeking a dependable and detail-focused Accounts & Payroll Officer to join our small and friendly team. This full-time role offers an immediate start and requires someone who can confidently handle payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and general accounting duties using Xero. Ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while also contributing to a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Full Payroll processing, including Superannuation

Use and maintain the Xero accounting program

Perform general accounting and administrative duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Solid experience with Xero or similar accounting software

Understanding of payroll processes and statutory obligations (e.g. super, tax)

Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

Willingness to contribute and collaborate in a small team environment

Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential
