My client has over the past 50 years, grown and developed a successful Steel Coil Sales & Distribution business and is well located in Eastern Creek to service both the busy Greater Sydney Metro & Regional NSW.
This privately owned company promotes an "Awesome" range of competitive, quality, technically supported products.
My client offers customized service solutions to Roll Formers, Fabricators and the general steel industry typically for end products used in the Commercial and Residential buildings.
You will be part of a small dynamic team, identifying and promoting to each new business opportunity, my client's quality innovative steel products while maintaining the business's key fundamentals of Safety, Integrity and Excellence.
This role is circa 50% existing account management, and 50% new business development
Utilizing your strong ability to network, you report to the NSW State Manager, You will;
Assume responsibility for this Sales territory, make it your own, work with customers, and progressively build sales.
Progressively learn each product and their applications.
Meet, provide service to, and gain the confidence of the existing customer base.
Progressively increase the success of the territory through your exceptional customer service and ability to build on existing relationships.
Build share of wallet, by broadening the range of products supplied to each customer.
Further build sales by sourcing and introducing new customers.
You are a highly motivated articulate Sales & Business Development Professional, who has managed a sales budget before, who has built relationships, resolved customer issues, promoted and leveraged the full product offering, and understands sales tracking and regular reporting requirements.
Sheetmetal or Coil Steel or Steel Building Products Sales experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
Capability and skills in the use of CRM system would be highly regarded.
Local Trades and Builders Sales network would also be highly valued.
