A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Financial/Management Accountant to join a renowned fashion retailer, celebrated for its market leadership and iconic, timeless designs. This company is highly regarded for its exceptional workplace culture, offering a supportive, flexible, and growth-focused environment with strong career progression pathways. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be a key member of a high-performing team, taking on a broad range of responsibilities, including:

Preparation of annual financial statements

Monthly management reporting

Assisting with year-end audit processes

Preparing and reviewing reconciliations, including intercompany loan accounts

Reviewing weekly cash flow forecasts

Preparation of BAS and payroll tax

Supervising and supporting the Assistant Accountant

Partnering with key business stakeholders

Handling ad-hoc finance tasks

To be the successful candidate for this role, you will be CA/CPA qualified with 3+ years of accounting experience, either as a Management/Financial Accountant in a FMCG/retail/hospitality business or in a Big 4/2nd tier accounting firm. You’ll be a self-starter with a proactive attitude, highly organised with strong attention to detail, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
