The Role:

Management Accountant (Full-time $90k - $110k)

Talisman Group have an exciting opportunity for a Full-time Management Accountant based in Melbourne, to add to our already legendary Head Office team. We are looking for a focused, diligent individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of business principles and financial data.

Desired skills and experience:

Financial Reporting & Analysis

Budgeting & Forecasting for Hospitality

Cost Control and Management

Financial Software & Property Management Systems (PMS)

Financial Analysis & Decision Support:

Taxation and Compliance in Hospitality

Internal Controls & Audit in Hospitality

Educational Background in Accounting or Hospitality

Exceptional understanding and experience in Xero

Experience with Revenue Management Systems

Responsible for:

Accounts Payable

Weekly Payroll

Cost Control & Profitability Analysis

Cash Flow Management

Internal Controls & Compliance

Financial Planning for Capital Expenditure

Operational Efficiency & Cost Optimization

Management of Financial Systems & Reporting Tools

Audit and Financial Integrity

Financial Advice and Decision Support

Debt Management & Financing

Financial Training & Support

Customer Profitability Analysis
