THE ROLE
This is a high-impact role for a proactive sales professional who thrives on autonomy, variety, and results. You’ll take the lead in identifying and winning new business opportunities across Victoria while also nurturing relationships with existing customers.
You’ll be selling a wide range of materials handling and safety products — things that make workplaces safer, more efficient, and easier to manage. Whether it’s helping a logistics company streamline their warehouse setup or providing lifting solutions to a healthcare facility, you’ll be solving real problems for real businesses.
You’ll have the freedom to manage your own time and territory, with the backing of a highly supportive internal team and a respected brand behind you.
Key responsibilities include:
Identifying and converting new business opportunities across key industries
Managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close
Selling a diverse product portfolio across materials handling and safety
Building strong, long-term relationships with clients
Collaborating with internal teams to deliver great service and support
Representing the business at site visits, client meetings, and industry events
ABOUT YOU
You’re a confident, capable B2B sales professional who’s great with people and knows how to close deals. You’re driven, organised, and love working in a role where every day is different. You take pride in understanding your clients’ challenges and delivering the right solutions.
Ideally, you’ve sold technical or industrial products before — and you know your way around sectors like logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or healthcare.
You’ll bring:
Experience in B2B sales or business development (technical or industrial preferred)
A strong ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers
A self-motivated, proactive mindset and results-driven attitude
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel
Industry experience (e.g. logistics, healthcare, industrial equipment) is a bonus
SALARY & BENEFITS
Base $75,000 - $100,000 | Super 11.5% | Car Allowance | Commission
