The Company

Our client is a leading self-licensed Financial Advisory firm who have experienced phenomenal growth in the past five years. Due to this and on the basis of an existing team member being promoted to complete their professional year, we are now hiring for a Client Relationship Manager to support a Senior Financial Adviser and their Clients.

Duties of the role

• The responsibility for the day-to-day administration and strategy implementation activities for the Adviser’s clients
• Supporting all aspects of compliance and best practise
• Ability to prioritise tasks, multi-task and shift focus when required
• Maintain a high standard of communication and service to Clients

The perfect Candidate

• At least three years experience in a Client Service Officer or Manager role within the financial planning industry (essential)
• Professional demeanour and high level client communication skills
• Enthusiasm and a proactive approach with the ability to take initiative
• Ability to prioritise tasks, multi-task and shift focus when required
