We are seeking a full time Client Manager who will be responsible for converting leads through hosting proposal run through meetings and maintaining contact until the opportunity is closed. The client Manager will also manage client relationships post conversion.
We are ideally seeking someone with an understanding of the following ISO standards, ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), ISO 45001 (OHS) and/or ISO 27001 (Information Security).
Duties include:
Achieve personal and team sales targets with a focus on pre-determined targets that maintain contact with all leads until closure or the opportunity.
Contact all leads, to qualify the level of documentation and compliance in place and determining which ICS products and services may be suitable and organise and attend proposal run through meetings – designed to discuss our proposals, outlining the scope, costs, timeframes etc
Create and maintain lead profiles within our CRM Zoho, and maintain records following creation
Maintain sales reports, and prepare weekly meeting content.
Complete post conversion check in calls to ensure continuous areas of revenue
Assist sales support team with conducting feedback calls with clients during projects
Work with sales support team, consultants and growth team to facilitate client projects
Contribute to marketing efforts by promoting the brand, products and services on social media, reviewing and contributing to online print media (blogs, newsletters etc), discussing social campaigns
Assist with researching grants and tenders to promote services to suitable industries
Suggest improvements to sales processes and areas of innovation
Attend internal meetings and complete administration tasks as required
Attend social and networking events where required
About you:
Knowledge & Skills
The work will be remote, you must self-motivated and to be able to work from home while maintaining attention and productivity
An understanding of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 is essential, other standards would be a bonus
Experience with Cloud Based systems Monday.com and/or SharePoint (highly desirable) and Zoho CRM
Confidence with phone calls and Teams meetings is essential
Proven ability to achieve KPI’s and monthly sales targets
Sound computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft suite
