As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our dynamic team. This is a customer-facing role where you'll act as the primary point of contact for sales-driven interactions and relationship building, collaborating with the technical team to ensure projects are delivered effectively and customers receive the premium service they expect.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main contact for sales-driven interactions and build strong, lasting relationships with customers.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure the successful delivery of services and projects.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic IT recommendations that align with their business goals.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, offering tailored solutions and helping them optimize their IT infrastructure.
Oversee the communication and escalation of any customer concerns, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
Manage account growth, retention, and satisfaction, while identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell in alignment with customer needs.
Coordinate customer onboarding and off boarding with internal teams, ensuring a smooth process.
Gather and relay client feedback to internal teams to continuously improve service delivery and processes.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a Technical Account Manager or similar relationship management role, ideally within the managed services provider (MSP) space.
Strong understanding of IT solutions, cloud services, and infrastructure, with the ability to translate technical details into clear business benefits.
Experience in managing and growing client relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction and account retention.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and internal teams alike.
Familiarity with project management, service delivery, and technical documentation.
A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, alongside both technical and non-technical staff.
Additional Information:
This role reports directly to the Technical Delivery Manager (TDM).
This role includes occasional after-hours phone (VOIP App) availability to help coordinate urgent tech dispatches. It’s light-touch, factored into your salary, and you’re never expected to attend jobs outside hours unless you choose to (in which case it’s paid separately
Limited direct technical inquiries will be managed by the TAM, as the role focuses on sales, relationship building, and strategic alignment.
You’ll work with a highly skilled technical team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Salary & Hours
Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 + super (No commission)
(negotiable depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm with a 1-hour unpaid break
