Are you a hands-on leader who loves fun, fast-paced environments? SuperPark is looking for an energetic and organised Assistant Venue Manager to help run our indoor activity park! You’ll support the Venue Manager in delivering a top-tier guest experience while leading a high-performing, positive team.
Trading Hours are 10am-6pm with the occasional After Dark event 6pm-9pm
Open to discussion on part time employment for the right candidate to meet your schedule.
What you’ll do:
Team Leadership & Operations
Lead and motivate the crew to deliver a fun, safe, and clean park experience.
Ensure daily operations run smoothly and to a high standard.
Manage staff rosters using the Tanda App, staying within budget.
Train and support new and existing team members.
Guest Experience
Champion a positive guest experiences every time.
Monitor guest feedback and take action to improve.
Ensure safety protocols and first aid follow-ups are completed.
Café Oversight
Manage café presentation and team performance.
Maintain high safety and hygiene standards in line with Victorian Health and Council requirements.
Party & Group Bookings
Ensure party hosts are trained and ready to deliver exceptional events.
Prepare and manage all party supplies and logistics.
Manage group bookings for schools, corporates and more – including agreements and invoicing.
Systems & Tech
Oversee POS, games systems, CCTV and amenities when on duty.
Communicate with vendors to resolve technical issues quickly.
Social Media
Collaborate with the marketing team on content ideas.
Capture content for TikTok and post approved content.
What we’re looking for:
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience managing people and operations in a fast-paced environment.
A customer-first mindset and attention to detail.
Confident using tech systems and managing vendors.
Experience in hospitality or attractions is a bonus!
