Retro Traffic is one of the longest established traffic management providers in Sydney and has been helping clients achieve success for over 30 years. Due to our continued growth we are looking for an experienced Accounts Officer to join our team.

We are seeking applications who have at least 2 years’ experience in an Accounts role.

Excellent attention to detail - ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy

Can work alone and as part of a team

Great organisational and time management skills

Ability to problem solve

Communicate in a clear, mature and polite manner for the intended audience

Be authentic and have a positive energy in the delivery of all services

Advanced skills in Microsoft applications, especially Excel

Ability to learn new computer software programs

ROLE:

Review timesheet data and hours worked by our road staff on a daily basis

Amending and issuing revised client dockets as required

Submitting and amending shift details using Client’s own software program

Data entry and preparation of Client invoices daily

Responsible for submitting monthly invoices

Liasing with Clients to assist with any queries

Assist with ad hoc accounts duties as required
