Administrative Assistant (Property Rectification Project) – NSW Trustee and Guardian

Temporary full-time vacancy to 31 December 2025. 35 hours per week.

Location: Parramatta. Flexible and hybrid working options available.

Clerk Grade: 1/2. Base salary $73,522 p.a. to $79,931 p.a. plus superannuation and annual leave loading.

About the team

The Financial Performance and Investments division provides a full range of financial services including budgeting, procurement, customer accounts and investment management services.

About the role

As an Administration Support Officer, you will be the go-to person for handling administration service inquiries from customers and stakeholders, providing timely and effective information and referral services. Your role will include:

Serving as a point of contact: Handling administration service inquiries from customers and stakeholders to provide timely and effective information and referral services.

Demonstrating high performance: Adhering to NSW Trustee and Guardian's Customer Excellence Principles, values, and behaviours.

Performing various administrative support tasks: Including word processing, data entry, preparing correspondence and meeting documents, maintaining electronic and physical records, and supporting meetings and events.

Undertaking routine administrative tasks: Performing activities in accordance with relevant policies, practices, and standards.

Supporting projects and research: Assisting the Property Services and Property Rectification project team with their initiatives.

Essential requirements

Experience using MS Office and a willingness to learn new applications.

Willingness to have phone calls and team email accounts monitored for quality assurance and training purposes, and to participate in one-to-one review sessions for calls and emails

Ability to work from the Parramatta Office a minimum of three-days per week.
