About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Administrator to support both our property management operations and our growing NDIS business.
This is a varied role that will suit someone who enjoys working across different areas, is comfortable with compliance and documentation, has strong relationship-building skills, along with a proactive attitude. You will assist with property management tasks such as coordinating maintenance, sourcing and inspecting properties, while also supporting the administrative side of our NDIS service to ensure our participants receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support across property management and NDIS operations.
Show rental properties to prospective tenants or participants.
Assist with sourcing new rental properties.
Coordinate property maintenance and liaise with tenants, real estate agents and other service providers.
Maintain accurate NDIS participant and staff records, including service agreements and employee compliance documents.
Assist with scheduling and inductions for NDIS Support Workers.
Communicate professionally with tenants, real estate agents, NDIS participants, support coordinators, and external stakeholders.
Ensure all documentation meets compliance standards for property and NDIS requirements.
Manage general office administration, such as correspondence and supply management.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in administration, preferably within property management, NDIS services, or a similar environment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a professional and compassionate approach.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new systems.
Ability to work independently, use initiative, and manage competing priorities.
Desirable (but not essential)
Knowledge of NDIS processes and compliance requirements.
Experience in property management.
