The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for recruitment and onboarding of youth workers.

The role will be based at our Archerfield Office.

We specialise in working with highly complex youth in residential care.

Some knowledge of residential youth work is welcomed, and we encourage applications from youth workers wanting to work off the floor as we are willing to train.

Successful applicants will need to have strong communication and computer skills as well as the ability to multi-task.

The role will start off at 3 days are week on a fixed-term contract, ongoing work is available if successful in the role.
