Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

Source, screen, and recruit top-tier candidates for our operational teams.

Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and onboarding.

Maintain our recruitment database and support talent management initiatives.

Operational Support:

Assist in scheduling and rostering for container loading/unloading crews.

Provide administrative support to streamline day-to-day operations.

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

Monitor compliance with workplace safety and operational standards. This includes, but is not limited to, conducting toolbox talks with the Crew.

What You’ll Bring:
✅ Previous experience in recruitment, or operations support (bonus if it’s in logistics or wholesale!).
✅ Strong communication and organisational skills.
✅ Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
✅ A proactive attitude with a passion for problem-solving.
✅ Tech-savvy, with proficiency in recruitment and office software.
