What You’ll Do

• Grow and engage audiences across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube by creating compelling content and partnering with influencers to boost engagement.
• Manage paid advertising across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn to drive traffic and conversions.
• Develop high-converting landing pages and retargeting strategies to nurture leads effectively.
• Optimise the website and implement SEO best practices to enhance organic visibility and search rankings.
• Analyse key performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, conversions) to optimise campaign performance.
• Support targeted email marketing efforts to nurture leads.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of social media growth strategies, community engagement, and content marketing.
• Proven ability to manage and optimise PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
• Experience with SEO and conversion optimisation (preferred but not essential).
• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Hotjar).
