Finance and Payroll Officer

Full-time, Permanent Position

Renmark Paringa Council is seeking a dedicated Finance and Payroll Officer to administer key finance functions for Council.

Key behaviours of the role include: Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, adaptable and flexible to meet organisational demands, ability to follow instructions, processes and prioritise work and have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Knowledge & Skills: Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel, excellent communication skills both written and oral, ability to manage time appropriately and prioritise tasks to meet work demands and strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.

Experience: Proven experience within an accounts and/or payroll function and experience working within a finance team. Financial qualifications (desirable).
