Provide accurate and timely administrative support for finance and payroll operations.

Utilise multiple software systems and user modules to manage a wide range of data and information sets.
Deliver high-quality service to staff by offering clear, up-to-date advice on finance and payroll matters.

About this opportunity
We’re looking for someone who has:
A diploma in accounting, business, commerce, or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in transaction processing and payroll administration, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and service standards.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a systematic approach to resolving issues.
Experience building and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders and clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.
