We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced HSE Officer to join our dedicated team at Mammoth in Canning Vale, WA. In this full-time, permanent role, you’ll be at the forefront of promoting a proactive safety culture, supporting employees and management in delivering best-practice WHS outcomes, and ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements.

About the Role: As our HSE Officer, you will:

  • Provide expert WHS advice across the business to support our compliance and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Coordinate, plan, record and execute health and safety initiatives across our operations.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, inspections, and investigations.
  • Drive incident reporting, root cause analysis, and preventative actions.
  • Lead the development and review of HSE systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Guide and support injury management processes and rehabilitation efforts.
  • Support and educate all personnel to ensure understanding and adherence to WHS systems.

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar HSE role.
  • Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or higher).
  • Strong working knowledge of OHS legislation, codes, and standards.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in incident investigation, risk management, and reporting.
  • Experience with systems like MYOSH and Workers Compensation processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new technologies.
