About the Role
Reporting to the Corporate Services Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive Team and Board of Directors. This includes preparing board packs and minutes, managing meeting logistics, handling confidential communications and ensuring the smooth operation of executive governance processes.
Key Skills and Attributes
Provide high quality administrative support for the Executive Team, including calendar and email management.
Coordinate and prepare materials for Board and Committee meetings, including agendas, minutes, briefing documents and reports.
Manage travel arrangements and meeting logistics for the Executive Team.
Maintain strong and respectful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with governance policies and procedures.
Support projects and initiatives driven by the executive office.
Provide general administration support to other departments.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in executive support, governance coordination or similar roles.
Strong organisation and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Strong proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Understanding of governance principles and board processes is highly desirable.
Previous experience working with aboriginal communities would be an advantage.

Salary and conditions
The position's salary range will be negotiated based on demonstrated qualifications and experience.
Superannuation of 11.5%, 4 weeks leave plus 1 week paid end of year shutdown leave; salary packing arrangements are available.
