The Role

You're not just filling requisitions – you're part of the frontline engine that drives our business.

This is a structured, high-volume procurement role where your sharp decisions and speed turn RFQs into orders. You’ll own the full end-to-end process for your allocated RFQs – from sourcing to quoting to order.

Key responsibilities:

📥 RFQ response – own your RFQs, triage quickly, and move fast.
🕵️‍♂️ Sourcing – find the right product that hits the mark on spec, lead time, and price.
🔍 Review supplier quotes – select the best commercial option.
🎯 Client quotes – prepare clear, professional, and competitive quotes.
🔄 Stay organised – chase suppliers, follow up client quotes, close the loop on delivery.
⚙️ Systems – keep everything up to date in Hubspot Pro and SAP B1.
🏆 Teamwork – work with your teammates to get things done and deliver results.

You’ll report to the Procurement Team Leader as part of a small (but growing) team.
