About the Role
Are you ready to take on a well-maintained retail portfolio with a respected, growing agency that values people, culture, and support? We’re looking for a confident and capable Commercial Property Manager to manage a diverse inner-city retail portfolio.

In this role, you’ll be overseeing a portfolio of retail commercial properties, including freehold sites and strata strip shops, located in Perth's inner city and some suburban areas like Canning Vale and Leeming.

You’ll be supported by a helpful management team and use Cirrus8 to streamline operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage a diverse retail portfolio, including freehold and strata properties
• Handle landlord relationships
• Work in a supportive and fun team with excellent training and guidance
