We’re looking for a driven and passionate Senior Commercial Manager to join our team. Could you be the next member of our REIQ Hall of Fame in 2025?

As one of Brisbane’s top boutique commercial property agencies with over 35 years of experience, we have built a reputation for excellence in selling, managing, developing, and leasing commercial properties.

Our Property Management division has experienced exceptional growth over the past decade, providing a boutique service that surpasses our competitors. We strive for excellence in client satisfaction, developing trust and competency backed by support and procedures.

Our team of property managers alongside our successful sales and leasing experts, are energetic professionals who have a deep understanding of the Commercial sector. In early 2026 we will be moving to our new state of the art headquarters in Park road Milton, currently in design phase but setting new benchmarks in work/home balance and amenity.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and nurture relationships with landlords and tenants.

Oversee lease administration, including rent reviews, renewals, and renegotiations.

Manage arrears, oversee outgoing budgets, and ensure compliance.

Coordinate projects, fitouts, capital works, and make-good programs.

Handle statutory documentation and collaborate with contractors, tenants, and owners.

Utilize advanced property management software to streamline operations and ensure timely communication.

About You:
You thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and have the ability to think on your feet and drive outcomes. With a proven track record in managing portfolios, you’re eager to make a significant impact in your next role.

Core Skills and Experience:
• 5+ years of commercial property management.
• Strong knowledge of retail/commercial leases and OPEX/Recoverables.
• Proven experience in lease administration and financial management.
• Exceptional communication skills and professional presentation.
• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office.
• A valid Certificate of Registration for the Real Estate Industry.
