A great opportunity for an Assistant Commercial PM or Administrator ideally with at least 12 months Commercial experience ready for the next step in their career, to work with this successful, boutique agency.

Based in Melbourne's Inner CBD (South East Area), this role will support a successful commercial property management team or five, managing office, retail and industrial properties mainly in the South East. Supporting and working closely with the Senior Commercial Property Managers, this office has a great team with plenty of support for this new role.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Property Management, who provides a great top down friendly and professional culture, the role is offered full time.

The position will include the following responsibilities:

General Administration of Commercial Properties

Assessing and processing Tenancy applications

Keeping up to date with market developments

Provide property information, advice and assistance to Tenants and Landlords

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Using Cirrus8 management program

Prepare REIV lease / DS documents

Prepare management authorities

Monitor accounts daily and distribute property invoices to Property Managers

Create files for new managements and tenants

Yearly invoices / budgets, adjustment letters and arrears
