The Role
We’re looking for a friendly, capable Building Manager to join our team at a busy residential complex. If you’ve had a few years of experience in building or facilities management—or in a similar customer-focused role—and you’re ready to step into something more dynamic, this could be the perfect next move for you.

You’ll be part of a supportive team that values communication, teamwork, and doing the job right. Most importantly, you’ll be the go-to person for residents—someone who takes pride in creating a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained living environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting residents with day-to-day queries and requests

Liaising with trades and contractors to get jobs done quickly and properly

Monitoring common areas to ensure they are clean, safe, and up to standard

Facilitating access, move-ins/outs and amenity use

Managing proactive building communications

Reporting issues and assisting with compliance and building systems

Being a key team player in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of experience in building/facility management, property, or a related customer-facing role

A genuine interest in helping people and making buildings feel like home

Great communication and problem-solving skills

Someone who’s organised, proactive, and ready to take initiative

Comfortable with basic software platforms (reporting systems, emails, etc.)—training provided
