Building Manager
Relief Building Manager
About the Roles: Due to rapid company growth, we are looking for experienced, proactive, and professional Building Managers and Hybrid Building Managers to join our team.
Building Manager Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day operational management of residential buildings
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and compliance
Liaise with residents, strata committees, and contractors
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
Financial oversight including budgeting and cost management
Relief Building Manager Key Responsibilities:
Weekly/daily inspections across multiple buildings using specialized inspection software
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and compliance on behalf of a Building Manager
Ensure seamless communication between your immediate team
Provide operational support
Travel between different sites as required
About You:
Ideally, minimum 1-2 years’ worth of experience in Building Management (for Relief Building Manager position)
Ideally, minimum 2-3 years’ worth of experience in Building Management (for Building Manager position)
Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
Solid understanding of residential strata schemes and regulatory compliance
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly
Ability to inspect buildings on a frequent basis
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning new software (inspection software experience advantageous for Hybrid roles)
