Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Building & Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of Residential & Industrial Properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in building management, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems and equipment.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to maximise the longevity of building assets.
- Handle tenant and owner inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of any issues.
- Assist in preparing and manage budgets, including forecasting expenses and tracking expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including property owners, tenants, and contractors, to maintain strong working relationships.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in building and facilities management, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in building management or a related field are highly desirable.
