Role 1:
Building Manager - Residential

1. Location: Rhodes
2. Role: Managing a mixed use building with approximately 230 residential lots, 10 commercial lots
3. Strong communication and proactive approach
4. Experience: at least 3 years experience + BMC
5. Salary Guide: $100k package
6. Start: asap

Role 2:
Senior Building Manager - Commercial

1. Location: Merrylands
2. Role: Site is a Build to Rent managing the assets and defects. Site is supported with a Junior Building Management/Assistant who manages all resident communication.
3. Experience: 5 years
4. Salary Guide: $100k-$110k package
5. Start: asap

Role 3:
Building Manager - Residential

1. Location: Wentworth point
2. Role: Managing 4 part-time buildings within the same estate. Share an office with a team of 5/6 other building managers within the same estate.
3. Experience: 3 years
4. Salary: $100k package
5. Start: asap

Role 4:
Building Manager - Residential

1. Location: Rouse Hill
2. Role: Managing 1 new residential site with 1 Strata Plan (currently going through defects period)
3. Experience: 3 years with defects experience
4. Salary: $100k package
5. Start: ASAP

Role 5:
Senior Building Manager - Residential

1. $100,000 - $120,000 + Super
2. Location: City Building - 180 lots, mixed use building, single Strata Plan, pool/gym/sauna and 24/7 concierge
3. Minium 5-8 years specifically in high-end buildings.
4. Excellent presentation and attention to detail.
5. Knowledge of all new Design and Practitioners Legislation, Strata Schemes Management Act etc

Role 6:
Senior Building Manager - Residential

1. $120,000 + Superannuation
2. Location: Macquarie Park, managing a large site consisting of 820 lots with the support of an assistant
3. Minium 587yrs
4. Excellent presentation and attention to detail.

Role 7:
Building Manager - Residential

1. $80,000 - $85,000 + Superannuation
2. Location: Ashfield/Kogarah, manage 2 part time buildings / 150 lots and 1 strata plan on each site.
3. Minimum 18 months+ Building Management Experience
4. Excellent presentation and attention to detail.

Role 8:
Building Manager - Residential

1. $80,000 - $85,000 + Superannuation
2. Location: Willoughby/Chatswood, manage 2 part time buildings / 150 lots and 1 strata plan on each site.
3. Minimum 18 months+ Building Management Experience
4. Excellent presentation and attention to detail.

Role 9:
Building Manager - Commercial

1. Salary: $80,000 – 85,000 + Superannuation
2. Location: Alexandria
3. Minimum 18 months+ Building Management Experience
4. Role: 120 commercial lots and 1 strata plan.
5. Requirements: Highly attentive and proactive professional with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
