Sydney Building Management & Projects (Sydney BMP) provides facilities management services across the greater Sydney area. We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Building Manager. This is an excellent role for someone with experience in residential building management looking to advance their career.
About the Role:
As a Building Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of residential buildings, working closely with the Senior Building Manager to deliver high-quality facilities management services. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting building inspections to ensure security, cleanliness, and maintenance standards.
Managing reactive and preventive maintenance, contractor coordination, and capital works projects.
Handling invoicing, preparing budgets, and creating detailed building management reports.
Ensuring compliance with site procedures, workplace safety standards, and environmental protocols while maintaining quality standards.
Providing exceptional customer service to owners, residents, and other stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
Skills & Attributes:
Reliable, efficient, and resourceful with a can-do attitude.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Trade knowledge or experience dealing with contractors and building projects is highly regarded.
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Residential Building, Strata, or Facilities Management.
Right to work in Australia (full-time).
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Intermediate computer skills with the ability to learn new systems.
Australian driver’s license and access to a vehicle (required for travel).
White Card and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

What We Offer:
Supportive Team: You will have an assistant to take care of administrative functions, allowing you to focus on strategic and high-value tasks.
Competitive Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per annum + Super (dependent on experience).
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM.
