About the Position:
The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead JS Food Service’s sales and marketing initiatives, driving brand growth and revenue through strategic campaigns and client relationship management. This full-time role, based in Pooraka, SA, is pivotal in expanding the company’s wholesale and retail presence across South Australia and Victoria.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior management to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable business development plans.
Align strategies with the company’s long-term goals and current market trends.
Build and maintain enduring partnerships with stakeholders, industry professionals, and existing customers.
Serve as the primary contact for key clients, addressing their needs and fostering loyalty.
Conduct comprehensive market research to uncover potential business opportunities.
Attend industry events, network with professionals, and proactively seek new prospects.
Employ cold-calling and follow-up strategies to engage potential clients and convert leads into opportunities.
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure development strategies support sales objectives.
Work with the design team to create client-focused proposals and presentations.
Facilitate seamless handovers between departments for effective project execution.
Lead negotiations with clients and partners to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
Draft clear, tailored contracts and proposals that meet client requirements.
Regularly review and update agreements to align with business priorities and legal standards.
Requirements:

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the wholesale or retail grocery industry.
Proven expertise in sales and marketing strategy development.

Proficiency in market analysis and digital marketing tools.
