Who Are We? MAMAS Dining Group are seeking an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager to join us on a full-time basis as we expand into our new warehouse-style office in Cremorne and enter an exciting growth phase!

Duties & responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to elevate brand presence and drive customer engagement in the hospitality sector

Lead integrated PR efforts and manage media relations, press releases, and strategic campaigns to enhance brand reputation

Foster partnerships with local media and key influencers to boost visibility and secure impactful coverage

Plan and run high-impact events and venue launches that align with marketing goals and generate excitement

Create and implement creative campaigns and strategies that establish the brand as a leader in the hospitality sector.

Developing comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives and target audience.

Identify and cultivate strategic brand partnerships that expand reach and support business growth.

Strengthen brand identity and positioning, establishing MAMAS Dining Group as a premier hospitality destination

Design and implement creative campaigns that highlight the brand’s leadership and innovation in the industry

Align marketing initiatives with hospitality trends and customer insights to ensure relevance and impact

Manage social media channels, delivering consistent, engaging content that supports brand goals

Support long-term growth through strategic planning, team leadership, and revenue-driving initiatives across marketing and events

Experience & attributes:

Prior experience in marketing within the hospitality sector

Deep appreciation for dining out and a strong understanding of industry operations

Strong experience in PR coordination including managing media relationships, and securing press coverage

Proven success leading event launches from concept to execution and generating buzz

Excellent relationship building and maintenance skills with local media outlets

Ability to create and nurture brand partnerships and aligning with complementary businesses or influencers

Creativity and ability to conceptualise and implement ideas that contribute to brand building

Proficiency in social media management and content creation

Keen strategic thinking skills when developing long-term marketing plans

Team management managing a team, fostering collaboration to achieve collective goals

Background in sales and events management is highly advantageous
