We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Sales & Customer Service Manager to elevated and lead a dynamic sales team.

About the Role

As the Sales and Customer service Manager, you will be at the forefront of Rowcon Groups growth strategy. You will oversee the development and execution of sales policies, strategies, and procedures, must be committed to building business, show a strong concern for high standards, while achieving results within their team. The successful candidate will have previous office supervisory or management experience, preferably within the construction industry, showing high level computer literacy and strong attention to detail.

What you'll need to succeed

· Minimum 3 years of recent experience in a similar role.

· A well-crafted sales process/methodology and a proven track record of success.

· Outstanding communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.

· Strong understanding of the civil construction and or waste industry.

· Strong customer service ethos.

· Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to work independently.
