Marketing & Brand Manager - Full time (38 hours weeks)
12 Month Fixed Term Contract - Mat Leave Cover (This fixed-term role is a stepping stone to long-term opportunities in our marketing team, with a clear pathway to ongoing employment for the right person, and a high likelihood of transition into a permanent role pending performance and fit)
Competitive Salary (Range will be disclosed upon interview offer)
Location: Hybrid - (Non-negotiable: minimum two days per week in office at Carlton North location)
We’re looking for a creative, strategic and passionate Marketing & Brand Manager to lead our marketing team and grow SÜK’s impact across both local and international markets.
In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with our Creative Director, oversee a tight-knit team, and shape marketing strategies that bring our brand to life. From digital advertising to brand partnerships, content creation to wholesale support – you’ll keep the vision cohesive and the execution impactful.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As the Marketing & Brand Manager at SÜK, you’ll lead the development and delivery of impactful marketing strategies that drive brand growth across Australian and the U.S. markets. You'll oversee content production, digital advertising, wholesale marketing, and brand storytelling—ensuring consistency and creativity across every touchpoint. Managing a skilled team of marketers and creatives, you’ll guide campaign execution, optimise performance, and bring bold ideas to life in alignment with our values and business goals. While you won’t be leading shoots, you’ll travel occasionally to act as a brand ambassador, ensuring our presence on the ground is aligned, thoughtful and true to SÜK.
Some of the key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Develop and implement 12-month marketing plans for Australia and the U.S.
Lead integrated campaigns across email, digital, content, and social platforms
Oversee digital advertising strategy, working closely with agencies to hit commercial targets
Guide content production and ensure brand consistency across all creative assets
Manage the marketing budget and report on KPIs, campaign outcomes, and ROI
Support our wholesale strategy with tailored assets and aligned campaign timing
Lead and mentor a collaborative team of marketers and creatives
Report on marketing performance to the board and ensure alignment with business objectives

What We're Looking For:
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent copywriting and editing skills
Proficiency in content planning and digital campaign execution
Solid understanding of Meta and Google advertising platforms
Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting on KPIs
Strong organisational and project management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable Skills & Experience:
Experience with Shopify and eCommerce marketing
Familiarity with wholesale marketing and B2B communications
Skills in creative direction for photoshoots and content production
Knowledge of CRO and website optimisation best practices
Experience working with external digital agencies
Competence in data analysis and translating insights into strategy
Background in fashion, retail, or purpose-driven brands
Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience
