Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented NSW Sales Representative with an ability to take the next step and look after some Key Account Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, nurturing key customer relationships, and expanding our footprint in New South Wales. This role demands excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and an ability to sell across a large and diverse range.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and expand market presence in NSW.
- Key Account Management: Build and sustain robust relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities, understand industry trends, and stay competitive.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with clients through regular visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote Stirling Fildes’ solutions.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for the management team.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
- Event Participation: Represent Stirling Fildes at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote our products and network with potential clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the Pharmacy Industry or related sectors.
- Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and influence credibly and effectively.
- Customer Focus: Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to make informed decisions.
- Self-Motivation: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within NSW to meet with customers or interstate to attend industry events.
