As a Client Portfolio Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and enhance the experience of our existing clients. This role is less about cold outreach and more about building trust, understanding client needs, and identifying opportunities for growth within their portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Monitor asset performance and provide strategic insights or recommendations to maximize returns.

Collaborate with internal teams (acquisitions, property consultants, finance) to deliver seamless service.

Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities based on evolving client needs and market trends.

Prepare and present regular performance reports and updates.

Ensure accurate documentation, communication, and follow-up on all client interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in client relationship management, ideally in real estate

Solid understanding of real estate investment, asset management, or property portfolios.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial reports and market data.

A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to client service.
