About the role
As an Account Manager at TorFX, you will:

Facilitate currency transfers for your portfolio of clients

Manage relationships with existing clients as well as onboarding new clients

Identify new opportunities within your portfolio

Work within a team of experienced Account Managers, consistently developing your knowledge through teamwork and collaboration

Provide and uphold an exceptional level of customer service

About you
We are looking for someone with:

Strong sales and account management experience with a proven track record of achieving targets

Excellent communication skills

Confidence working with numbers

A team player with a strong work ethic

Great organisational skills

The ability to operate with autonomy as well as embrace teamwork

Previous experience in the financial services industry would be an advantage, though not essential.
