As our Senior Client Success Manager, you won’t just manage clients, you’ll champion change. You’ll lead high-impact client partnerships, use data to drive decisions, and ensure seamless delivery of our award-winning coaching and digital programs. You’ll build trust with senior stakeholders and play a key role in embedding meaningful, long-term solutions that transform workplace culture.
We’re looking for someone with a strong commercial mindset who can partner strategically with enterprise clients, drive adoption of our digital platform and services, and identify opportunities for renewal and growth. Ideally, you have experience in enterprise client success, particularly within a SaaS or digital solution environment, and can guide clients toward measurable value and impact.

About the role
Reporting to the GM of CX and Operations, this hybrid role combines client engagement, adoption, renewals, and growth, ensuring that organisations embrace the value of Grace Papers’ solutions and embed them into long-term strategies.
Expect to be involved in:
Client Engagement & partnerships: Partner with enterprise clients and manage key client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor, creating engagement plans, and helping clients get the most value from Grace Papers’ solutions to support long-term success.
Seamless onboarding & adoption: Lead structured onboarding processes, collaborating with clients to embed Grace Papers’ platforms and programs into their broader initiatives.
Retention, renewal & growth: Drive client retention by showcasing value, identify upsell opportunities, and use data-driven results to highlight successes.
Client health & continuous improvement: Track engagement metrics and address risks early, refining tools and processes to ensure lasting impact.
Internal collaboration & Voice of the Client: Act as the client advocate within Grace Papers, providing feedback and data-driven insights with product, operations, and coaching teams to enhance services, guide strategy, and drive systemic change.
What you bring to the table
Client Success Expertise: Proven experience managing enterprise clients, complex accounts and change management, ideally within client success, account management, or consulting roles.
Strategic Thinking: Strong systems thinking capability with a consultative approach, able to align client goals with broader organisational strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement: Confident working with senior leaders and HR/DEI teams, with a deep understanding of people, culture, and change dynamics.
Commercial Acumen: Experience identifying growth opportunities and selling products or services into enterprise environments preferable.
System Confidence: Comfortable using CRM systems, reporting on engagement metrics, and interpreting insights.
Workplace Knowledge: Understanding of workplace health and safety principles and how they intersect with inclusive workplace practices.

Data-driven & consultative approach: Adept at leveraging data insights to guide client decision-making, mitigate risks, and proactively refine engagement strategies.
