You can anticipate some of your responsibilities to include:

Work with the Venue Manager to implement the best customer experience - every day.

Manage and oversee the venue operations on a daily basis.

Lead and manage bar and restaurant staff through service periods.

Maintain a sound knowledge of venue products, services, activities, and promotions

Apply sound business acumen to optimize the running of the venue.

Continual compliance associated with running a licensed venue

You will be able to demonstrate your hospitality skills and experience, ideally built in a pub / bistro environment. Strong communication and organization skills, and a commitment to providing an outstanding guest experience are key.
