We're looking for a hands-on Duty Manager to join the leadership team of a brand-new venue: A speakeasy-style sports bar that blends atmosphere, elevated service, and a sharp beverage offering.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in service focused environments, late(ish) night environments and wants to play a key role in launching and shaping a venue from day one.

The Role
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you'll help oversee daily operations, lead the front-of-house team, and ensure smooth and efficient service. You'll manage shifts, support team training, uphold service standards, and contribute to creating a fun and well-run environment.

With a strong focus on drinks, sport, and experience, you'll be key to maintaining consistency, team energy, and compliance while delivering great hospitality every shift.

What You'll Bring

Experience in a supervisor or duty manager position

Confidence managing busy bar operations

Strong understanding of RSA compliance and venue safety

A calm, clear leadership style with a hands-on approach

Interest in sport, nightlife, or boutique-style venues

Availability for nights and weekends
