We are looking for a friendly and energetic person to join our team as a Duty Manager. The Warilla Hotel is part of a growing hotel group with opportunities to advance for the right candidate. Bonuses are also on offer for the high performers.

This role is best suited to someone with Duty Manager experience, however we will also look at applicants with great hospitality experience that want to step up into a Duty Manager role. As Duty Manager, your role is a crucial one. You are to be a leader and a mentor to your fellow colleagues by setting the example of what it means to go ‘above and beyond’ to provide exceptional customer experiences that leave a lasting impression on our community. You are responsible for certain aspects of the hotel in order to achieve its smooth operation. These are covered below;

Operational Excellence: Assist in the day-to-day operations and functions, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. From coordinating events to managing inventory to overseeing staff, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping the pub running like a well-oiled machine.

Customer Service Champion: Be the face of hospitality! Foster a warm and welcoming environment for our patrons. Your exceptional customer service skills will ensure that every visit to our pub is an memorable experience and always met with fun and positivity.

Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of enthusiastic individuals. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining a positive and motivated team, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experience.

Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Handle challenges and compliance with grace and creativity. Whether it's resolving customer issues or addressing operational hiccups, your problem-solving skills will be put to the test.

Collaborative Spirit: Work closely with the General Manager and your support team to implement strategies for growth and improvement. Creatively contribute to venue promotions and offerings. Your insights and collaborative mindset will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.
