About Alice Springs Brewing Co

We’re the home of beer in the Red Centre. Since opening, we’ve been brewing, serving up top-tier food, and bringing people together in a relaxed, welcoming venue. Our team is the heart of what we do, and we’re looking for a Duty Manager to help us keep the good times rolling.

The Role: Duty Manager

As Duty Manager, you’ll be the glue that holds the team together during service. You’ll keep things running smoothly, make sure customers are loving their experience, and support the team to bring their A-game every shift.

Your key responsibilities:
- Running shifts with confidence – keeping the venue humming and the team on point.
- Delivering exceptional customer service – because great beer deserves great hospitality.
- Leading and motivating the team – making sure everyone feels supported and engaged.
- Handling stock, cash, and general venue operations with efficiency.
- Solving problems on the fly – because no two days in hospitality are ever the same!

What We’re Looking For

- Hospitality leadership experience (Duty Manager, Supervisor, or similar).
- A passion for people, beer, and good vibes—hospitality is in your DNA.
- Strong leadership and communication skills—you know how to bring a team together.
- Confidence handling busy service periods and making quick decisions.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude—you don’t just manage; you lead by example.
- RSA qualification
