About the applicant:

The Marion has an excellent range of successful departments so ideally an applicant with plenty of prior experience in a full table service, casual dining, busy bar and functions environment is desirable. Any additional experience in TAB/Keno/Gaming operations and Accommodation industry will be an advantage but is not essential.

About the Position and the Marion:

Reporting to the Assistant Manager and Hotel Manager, you will assist in overseeing day to day operations of the hotel. The hotel is located in Mitchell Park and boasts restaurants, bars, sports bar, 62 accommodation rooms, gaming and drive through bottleshop.

In this role you will work a mix of days and nights, balancing your time leading the team from the front and also providing management, leadership, staff training and development support.

Experience in managing teams, people and championing excellent customer service are of the greatest importance in this position.
