Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Practice Manager/Operations Manager at Melbourne NeuroCare. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, managing staff and resources, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational efficiency to deliver exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in working in a medical specialist clinic is a must
• Experience in healthcare management, operations management, and staff leadership
• Previous experience in managing a medical specialist clinic is preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the medical field
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
• Proficiency in medical office management software and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred
